Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free UK Mainland shipping on orders over £100.

We offer free international shipping on orders over £180.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of secure payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, After Pay and Google Pay. Choose the option that works best for you during the checkout process.

 

When will my order be processed?

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed with 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package. Simply visit our Order Tracking page and enter your tracking number to get real-time updates on the status of your shipment.

 

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

Beyond Swim is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government.

 

How do I return an item?

Please contact us at info@beyond-swim.com within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund. If 14 days have passed, store credit will be applied for refunds submitted within a 30 days of receiving your order. 

UK Mainland returns will have a shipping label supplied.

International returns will require the package to be sent to us in order for us to process your refund. 

 

What if I receive a defective or damaged item?

We apologise if you received a defective or damaged item. Please reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, photographs of the item and all related references upon receiving your package.

 

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
